Product Description

The Paragon KM-18T Sentinel represents your opportunity to economically begin your own heat treating capability. Like all Paragon Kilns, it is built like a tank.  This one boasts extra thick 3" firebrick for efficiency - a door switch for your safety - and if you like, you can make it yours by choosing side swing or drop door and even choosing other colors.  This one comes with the Sentinel touch screen controller- processing power and versatility. 

18" is pretty good for most makers.  Think of the longest blade you'll make - Chef knife?  Fillet knife?  Carving set?  Now add an inch for the foil envelope.  Unless you do big Kukrhi or Machete', this will handle what you feed it.
