Price increases happen. We'll do our best to keep the store up to date, but prices may change without notice.

Shipping charges are subject to change. If the difference is only a few bucks, we'll take the loss. If the difference is significant - as in when two parcels are required instead of one, we will adjust your invoice accordingly.

All burls and most figured wood and handle materials have flaws. You can return it at your expense for a refund of the purchase price if it is in the same condition that we shipped it. We try hard to show you what you are getting through pictures and descriptions.

If we sent something DOA or other than ordered, we will replace it or refund it on return of the defective or incorrect item - shipped back at our expense on your receipt of the RMA.

Knife Making and the materials used all have hazards as does the equipment we sell. You are expected to already know these hazards and reseach those you don't.

We have had to discontinue shipping outside North America (except for a few known and valued customers). JW of Germany disputed a transaction and PayPal seller protection proved to be something between unsatisfactory and worthless. This is hopefully temporary. We are seeking a more reliable payment method.
